In this insightful conversation with Penny Zenker about managing energy, stress, and self-regulation, Zahra Karsan shares mindful practices for avoiding burnout and maintaining energy reserves.

Podcast Highlights

      • Ego Depletion | Zahra postures the idea that energy is finite, like a battery or gas tank. Positive psychology encourages regular recharging rather than waiting for exhaustion.

        • The Four Bodies | Spiritual/energetic, mental, emotional, and physical bodies all play a role in maintaining balance. Misalignment often manifests in the physical body after other systems have been neglected for a long time.

          • Awareness and Solutions | Zahra shares that simple practices, like setting positive intentions in the morning, taking deep breaths to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and breaking negative thought loops, can restore balance. Meditation, visualization, or simply remembering a peaceful place can also help you shift your mindset.

If you’re searching for an uplifting, actionable guide on how to be conscious of energy input and output, this podcast will encourage you to prioritize self-care and prevent hitting zero!
