Ronda Engelhardt is a Wellness Performance Coach specializing in Life Coaching and the Mental Wellbeing of Athletes in her practice. With a foundation in positive psychology and mindset mastery, she empowers individuals to move beyond daily pressures to live intentionally, confidently, and authentically. Her coaching focuses on areas many people struggle with—fear of failure, imposter syndrome, pressure, anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and navigating life transitions. Ronda’s proactive, mindset-first approach empowers her clients to shift from simply “getting through” their days to thriving with intention, confidence, and meaning.

Ronda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in School Counseling, and advanced certifications in Applied Positive Psychology and the R.E.W.I.R.E. Mindset Systemᵀᴹ. Sylvia Halligan is a mind-body mental agility and change management coach.
